NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2009 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on May 18, 2015, 11:00 a.m., in person on the third floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET TO TRACT 55, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 68, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
