NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002464-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JEAN CARLO PARRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN CARLO PARRA; LUIS FLORES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS FLORES; CARMEN H. PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN H. PEREZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LELY CIVIC ASSN., INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 18, BLOCK 19, OF LELY GOLF ESTATES, ST. ANDREWS EAST ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN S 33° 27' 04” W FOR 143.73 FEET; THENCE N 11° 14' 37” W FOR 57.93 FEET; THENCE N 19° 47' 38” W FOR 73.75 FEET; THENCE N 30° 04' 33” E FOR 58.52 FEET; THENCE S 56° 32' 56” E FOR 103.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
