NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in 1103086CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER P. WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER PAT WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER P. WINCHEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER P. WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER PAT WINCHELL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER P. WINCHEL; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHELE KNIGHT; SUSAN M. Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM, on May 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF TRACT 114, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 6, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 93 AND 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
