NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHARDONNAY AT THE VINEYARDS, INC.; LAURIE K. SAVIOLI; RONALD A. SAVIOLI; THE VINEYARDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURIE K. SAVIOLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD A. SAVIOLI are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on May 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 10, UNIT 102, OF CHARDONNAY AT THE VINEYARDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1459, PAGE 2319, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
