Condominium Unit 1415, Building 14, VERANDA III AT SOUTHERN LINKS, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2434, Page 786, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the “Property.”
