NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002195, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and MARKUS PAETSCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARKUS PAETSCH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRIARWOOD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK “A”, BRIARWOOD, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 59 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
