UNIT NO. 4-101, THE ESTUARY OF MARCO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1152, PAGES 276 THROUGH 371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 2201 SAN MARCO ROAD#101, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on May 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
