NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 000759 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ELIO GORROSTIETA, LUISA GORROSTIETA, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM CORZO, WILLIAM CORZO, UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A PHILIP CORZO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18 day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 180 feet of Tract 25, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit No. 194, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 101. of the Public Record of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
