NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT OF LIEN BY SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE
Pursuant to §713.585, Florida Statutes, Enforcement of Lien by Sale of Motor Vehicle, please take notice that the Lienor, Master Tech RV Systems, Inc., 278 Capri Boulevard, Naples, Florida 34113, Telephone No: 541-490-6357, claims a lien on the motor vehicle for unpaid labor and services preformed and storage charges, if any, and on May 19, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., at Intercoastal Marine Services, 941 Windward Drive, Suite 1, Marco Island, Florida 34145 will offer for sale at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at time of sale, the following described motor vehicle to wit: 2006 Airstream Interstate VIN: WD2PD744055741444. The cash sum at the date of sale which if paid to the Lienor, would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lien claimed by the Lienor is the amount of the lien which totals: $14,733.32.
Please take notice that the lien claimed by the Lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to §713.585, Florida Statutes, and that the vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien.
Please take notice that the owner of the vehicle or any person claiming an interest in or lien thereon has a right to a hearing at any time prior to the scheduled date of sale by filing a demand for Hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, being the County in which the vehicle is held and mailing copies of the demand for Hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected on the Notice.
Please take notice that the owner of the vehicles has a right to recover possession of the vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond in accordance with the provisions of §559.917, Florida Statutes.
Please take notice that any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the Lienor will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, for disposition upon Court Order pursuant to §713.585(8), Florida Statutes.
The Lienor, Master Tech RV Systems, Inc., reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids insufficient to cover the possessory lien with reasonable expenses incurred by this motor vehicle, the described motor vehicle is being sold as is, with all faults, with no warranty express or implied, where is, and must be removed at the time of sale unless further arrangements are made with the storage facility. The sale is subject to cancelation in the event the owner or lien holder, if any, shall pay the amount necessary to satisfy the existing possessory lien and reasonable expenses and thereby redeem and take possession of the motor vehicle. All sales will be subject to any and all liens. Buyer is responsible for Florida Sales Tax.
