NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001228 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THAT CERTAIN POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 1998, RELATED TO METROPOLITAN ASSET FUNDING, INC., II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1998-A, WHOSE MAILING ADDRESS IS METROPOLITAN FINANCIAL CENTER C/O METWEST MORTGAGE SERVICES, 601 W. 1ST AVENUE, DEPT. 113200, SPOKANE, WASHINGTON 99201-5013, is Plaintiff and JOY D. THOMASON, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Chamness Park Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 92, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
