NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000233, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH M. FRIES A/K/A DEBORAH MARTIN-FRIES; SYNOVUS BANK; THE REGENCY OAKS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; GUY EDWARD FRIES A/K/A GUY E. FRIES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
