NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-055164, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTAGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8, is Plaintiff and DENNIS DECKER; JANINE DECKER; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, A SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ, INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-H; AND TENANT, are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on June 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
