Whose residence is unknown if he/she; they been living; and if he/she/they be dead, the unknown defendants who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Plaintiff who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the Public Records of Lee Co.:
Lots 13 & 14 Block 4297 Unit 61 Part --, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 4-20 of the Public Records of Lee County Florida.
This property is located at the physical address of 3242 NW 21ST TER., Cape Coral, FL 33993.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Administration has been filed in this court to quiet title. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are: Brian McNamara, Esq., McNamara Legal Services, P.A., 5425 Park Central Court, Naples, FL 34109.
on or before June 2, 2015, or within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of Court at Lee County, 1700 Monroe St. Fort Myers FL, 33901, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
