CHAVES; BPTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 9140 GREENLEAF LAND TRUST DATED THIS 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2013; RICARDO CHAVES, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 12, 2006; ANA MARIA CHAVES A/K/A ANNA M. CHAVES, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 12,2006; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; PARKER LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. LOT 90, BLOCK “A”, THE MEADOW AT PARKER LAKES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 55 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
