NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051516, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONALD BROZYNA A/K/A DONALD R. BROZYNA, DECEASED; E. HONORE THYNNE; KRISTIN E. J. BROZYNA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE TIDES AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 27 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3210, BUILDING 3, THE TIDES AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 4640, PAGE 620, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
