MARLING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. MARLING N/K/A NICOLE MARLING; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SAGO POINTE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SAGO POINTE SECTION II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC

UNIT N0. 2102, IN BUILDING 21, OF PHASE 7, SAGO POINTE, SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3641, PAGE 3762, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3667, PAGE 4140, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3667, PAGE 4146, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3704, PAGE 1281, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3714, PAGE 980, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3754, PAGE 3710, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3764, PAGE 2718, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
