NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051549, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SARM 2004-18 TRUST FUND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT M. PEKOL; CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A YVES MERISIER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CATHERINE CHARLOTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 VLADIMY MERISIER; UNKNOW TENANT #4 N/K/A STANLY MERISIER, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BOWLING GREEN, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
