NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-052097 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for SEQUOIA Mortgage Trust 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and Timothy M. Ludemann; Jennifer R. Ludemann; Grandezza Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; Savona at Grandezza Neighborhood Association, Inc.; The Club at Grandezza; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, GRANDE OAK EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 26 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
