NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 24, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-052110 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-11 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff and JACI A. MARHEFKY, et al, are Defendant. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 27 day of May, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
