CUEVAS A/K/A GLENN CUEVAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLENN R. CUEVAS A/K/A GLENN CUEVAS; DAVID A. STEVENSON, TRUSTEE OF THE STEVENSON FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2009; CHRISTINE STEVENSON, TRUSTEE OF THE STEVENSON FAMLY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2009; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE STEVENSON FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2009; CHRISTINE STEVENSON, TRUSTEE OF THE DELAINE J. WATERS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 22, 2003; UNKNONW BENEFICIARIES OF THE DELAINE J. WATERS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 22, 2003 UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 291 AND 292, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TAMIAMI ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
