NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County: Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-051612, in which Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R By MCM Capital Partners, LLC Its Trustee, is the Plaintiff, and George Whiteside, Elizabeth A. Whiteside a/k/a Elizabeth Anne Countess, and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession are the Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 137, Palmetto Point, Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 98, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 am on the 14th day of August, 2015, at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
