HORDOWICH; COUNTRY CLUB COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPE CORAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL, Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of May, 2015, the following property:
UNIT 201, COUNTRY CLUB COMMONS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMONIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2005000134473, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
