NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA004308CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and BRUCE A. MYERS;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of May, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, ALPHA VILLAGE ESTATES, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
