NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001396-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and RAFAELA ROSARIO, et.al., are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7 OF WATERGRASS PARCEL “A”. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 73 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 7046 Penta Place, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
