Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 17, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 28, CARPENTERS RUN PHASE IV A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 147 AND 148, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1703 TINSMITH CIR, LUTZ, FL 33559; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 1, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
