Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 2, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 82, WOODS OF RIVER RIDGE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 132-136 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10237 BELLWOOD AVENUE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
