NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003961-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee For Rali 2005QS13 is the Plaintiff and Suncoast Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.; Carol A. Vanpelt; Dorsey E. Vanpelt; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 6, SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGES 1A AND AB, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 68 THROUGH 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
