NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004813ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, HEATH, TRACEY L., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of May, 2015, the following described property:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AND RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 602.40 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 145.60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°52'00” WEST, 151.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°00'06” WEST, 145.60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°52'00” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 151.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
