Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 204 IN BUILDING A OF CALIENTE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5121, PAGE 1482 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 6714 DALI AVE, LAND O LAKES, FL 34637; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 3, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
