NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1st day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002845-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and THOMAS ERNEST JAMMES, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS ERNEST JAMMES, JR. N/K/A MELISSA JAMMES; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK 43 OF SEVEN OAKS PARCELS S-6B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 107-115, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
