MICHAEL LAMBERT, RACHEL LAMBERT and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 57, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 17 through 21, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 10919 Livingston Dr., New Port Richey, Florida 34654.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 1, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
