NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001374 CAAX WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSET CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and LINDA BONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA BONE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WOODLAND VILLAGE AT SHADOW RUN ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, OF WOODLAND VILLAGE AT SHADOW RUN, UNIT 3, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
