NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 31, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003521ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT GONZALEZ; LISA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CAPITAL ONE BANK; SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SADDLEBROOK CORPORATE CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 IN BLOCK 12 OF SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B, ACCCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
