NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004376-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT K. BOWEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block P, WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE, PHASE 1, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 1 through 35, as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
