Final Judgment was awarded on April 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005959WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and KENDRA A LANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENDRA A. LANE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SOUTH BOULEVARD TOWNHOUSES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CURRENT TENANT(S); CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1411-4, SOUTH BOULEVARD TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1169, PAGE(S) 628 THROUGH 671, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1172, PAGE 1658, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
