LOT 22, BLOCK 5, MAGNOLIA VALLEY UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7515 CUMBER DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 8, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
