NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2007, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-000120-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JESUS J ACOSTA is the Defendant, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
