YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER THREE, INCORPORATED, herein in the following described property:
Unit C, Building Number 3024, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER THREE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Pages 82 and 83, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; and accordance with the terms and conditions of that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 539, Pages 91 through 146, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; and all subsequent amendments thereto. With the following street address: 4242 Tamargo Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 1, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
