NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007751CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-CB7, is Plaintiff, and Raymond Graves, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK B, ASBEL CREEK PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 50-59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
