Lot 27 and a portion of Lot 28, Block 2, ARMISTEAD MANOR, together with a 1/9 interest in Lot B in Block 2, of ARMISTEAD MANOR, According to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 92 in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said portion of Lot 28 being described as follows: For a Point of Beginning commence at the Southwesternmost corner of said Lot 28; run thence N 20 degrees 14'49”E along the Easterly right of way line of Armistead Lane 25.00 feet; thence S 87 degrees 25'43” E, 123.05 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of said Lot 28; thence along said Easterly boundary S 20 degrees 14'49”W, 19.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 28; thence along the common boundary of said Lots 28 and 27, S 89 degrees 57'00” W, 125.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
