NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007679 Div. N. of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and PEGGY T. SHAW, TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF HUD, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 n/k/a HERMAN REDDICK, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on September 22, 2015, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 33 and 34 of HODGES SHADY GROVE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 53, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
