NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 09, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008475 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2006-HE5 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and GLENDORA C. MURRAY A/K/A GLENDORA MURRAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7 and the North 10 feet of Lot 6, Block 18, TILSEN MANOR, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 100 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
