NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-013928 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DAVID FAIR A/K/A DAVID CHARLES FAIR, JR.; MICHELLE ANN FAIR A/K/A MICHELLE ANN DUNWELL A/K/A MICHELLE ANN WIDER A/K/A MICHELLE A. WIDER A/K/A MICHELLE A. DUNWELL; JAIME ROBERT DUNWELL A/K/A JAMIE R.
