NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-005006 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and TRACY ANN WARKENTIEN; SAMBA SOW;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of August, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 56, TEMPLE CREST SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
