CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 1406, ROTHMOOR ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 44 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3661, PAGE 103, ET. SEQ., AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4885, PAGE 845 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 4855 Technology Way, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33431, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 6-1-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
