LOT 220 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 221, SUNSHINE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 14-009149-CI; and is styled WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SRMOF II 2011-1 TRUST vs. RACHELLE A. FALGOUT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHELLE A. FALGOUT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Venkata Paturi, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave, 9th Floor, Orlando, FL 32801, on or before 6-1-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
