NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-11548-CI-07, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SOUTH GATE HOME OWNERS, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEANIE R. JONES, CYNTHIA G. CHAMBERS, and MELANIE J. JONES, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 221 of South Gate Mobile Home Park, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (the plot plan), of the Master Proprietary Lease of South Gate Home Owners, Inc., as recorded in Official Records Book 9327, Pages 361 through 383, legally described in Exhibit “C-1” attached thereto, and by reference herein incorporated, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of SOUTH GATE HOME OWNERS, INC., and including Membership Certificate #58, representing one (1) share in SOUTH GATE HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1966 VAGA mobile home, VIN# FD229, Title# 0002219589, and Real Property Decal #R0660996, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto, commonly known as 20000 U.S. Highway. 19 N., Lot #221, Clearwater, FL 33764
