NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Fla. Stat. ยง 45.031 and a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015 entered in Case No. 2014-008131-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Tracey Anzalone, Michael Anzalone, State of Florida Department of Revenue, and United States Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 119, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
