Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 18, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 14, B32 BUILDING, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT TWENTY-EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 21, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4068, PAGES 1390 THROUGH 1414, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2358 ECUADORIAN WAY #14, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
