On May 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., GREENSPOON MARDER, P.A., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on July 15, 2015, in O.R. Book 18462, at Page 352, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in O.R. Book 18441 at Page 1409 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street Clearwater, FL 33756 , all right, title and interest in the property situated in the County of Pinellas, Florida, described as: Unit Week (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) in condominium Parcel Number (SEE EXHIBIT “A”) of COMMODORE BEACH CLUB, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5171, at Page 687-753, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any Amendment(s) thereto, if any. (the “Property”).
